Currently we are providing the local community during the growing season with affordable, fresh produce, free of pesticides and herbicides. It is our intention to provide locally grown produce year round for our community in Bethel, and as we grow throughout the rest of Alaska.
At Meyers Farm, our unwavering commitment to sustainable farming comes from our concern for providing quality fresh local produce as a more affordable AND healthy alternative to what is currently available today. Farming free of pesticides and herbicides helps keep our consumers and our environment healthy by avoiding the use of harmful chemicals. Our sustainable farming focuses on building the fertility of the soil with natural materials, resulting in rich, vital field ecosystems that produce fruits and vegetables as pure and healthy as they were intended to be.
